Products that are in stock are typically shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.

If you are not home to receive your order or deliveries to apartments cannot be access, your parcel it will be taken to your nearest post office. 

Orders not picked up from the post office and sent back to us will receive an additional delivery fee to have the parcel redelivered.  

All redelivery fees will be charged back to the purchaser.

We use Australia Post exclusively, a signature will be required on delivery unless otherwise requested.

WOW!!!!

I thought what better way to review this product than taking it to my hairdresser appointment today. After a half head of foils she used this and we both loved the smell!! A little goes a long way with the shampoo. The conditioner is great for detangling and very hydrating. I have fine hair so treatment and oils can be heavy. This one is light weight and smells divine and so good for blonde hair!! My hairdresser thanked me for bringing it in and even said she just found a xmas present for herself.
