Products that are in stock are typically shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
If you are not home to receive your order or deliveries to apartments cannot be access, your parcel it will be taken to your nearest post office.
Orders not picked up from the post office and sent back to us will receive an additional delivery fee to have the parcel redelivered.

I received the pink volo hero towel and I love it. The towel is super soft but what I enjoy the most is its ability to wrap around my long thick hair and still have enough towel to tuck into the wide elastic strap at the back. It dries my hair to a damp state pretty quickly so that I am not getting my clothes wet from my wet hair. I have had other wicking hair towels but they have either not been long enough to wrap around the length of my hair or they have just a small elastic loop to tuck the towel into and do not stay secure. Great job on this product.
