If you are not home to receive your order or deliveries to apartments cannot be access, your parcel it will be taken to your nearest post office.
Orders not picked up from the post office and sent back to us will receive an additional delivery fee to have the parcel redelivered.

However I ordered and paid for 6 tubes and only received 5 with a comment on the packing slip that I would get a refund for the 1 tube not delivered. To date (23/11/2023) I have not received the refund of $16.95
