Products that are in stock are typically shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.

If you are not home to receive your order or deliveries to apartments cannot be access, your parcel it will be taken to your nearest post office. 

Orders not picked up from the post office and sent back to us will receive an additional delivery fee to have the parcel redelivered.  

All redelivery fees will be charged back to the purchaser.

We use Australia Post exclusively, a signature will be required on delivery unless otherwise requested.

Excellent conditioner for me

I have used this product for over 5 years now and found it perfect for my hair. I have very fine but coloured hair and this hyrdrating conditioner allows my hair to have moisture but volume after shampooing etc. Worth the money.
