Products that are in stock are typically shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
If you are not home to receive your order or deliveries to apartments cannot be access, your parcel it will be taken to your nearest post office.
Orders not picked up from the post office and sent back to us will receive an additional delivery fee to have the parcel redelivered.
All redelivery fees will be charged back to the purchaser.

I love this product (which is currently hard to find) it really works. I’d stopped using for a short time and noticed an increase in hair loss again. But even after a couple of weeks of being all over it with Paul Mitchell’s tea tree scalp care, it’s declining already.
