Products that are in stock are typically shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
If you are not home to receive your order or deliveries to apartments cannot be access, your parcel it will be taken to your nearest post office.
Orders not picked up from the post office and sent back to us will receive an additional delivery fee to have the parcel redelivered.
All redelivery fees will be charged back to the purchaser.
We use Australia Post exclusively, a signature will be required on delivery unless otherwise requested.
Requests for parcels to be left without signature are at the risk of the purchaser.
Anything free is always great and there was a good number of samples in the pack - 3 x different shampoos/conditioners + 1 x volumiser - I wouldn't consider the products "over $100 in value" as the bottles were only samples (and I imagine a way for the brand to increase their sales by offering sample products) - only downside is that there were insufficient labels to specific the difference in the conditioner and leave in products - difficult to identify which product was which as there were no instructions on how to apply
