I have extremely thin hair which is now also falling out due to a medical condition. My dermatologist recommended this and I was reluctant at 1st because nothing seemed to help. I use the Nioxin 3 step plus Nioxin styling products and it has made a massive difference. While my hair is still falling out I don’t think nearly as much. These products I use to create my hair to appear thicker. I would definitely recommend to anyone with fine thinning hair. The only think I wouldn’t say I don’t love is probably the scent, smells a lot like peppermint
