Delivery was prompt and service fantastic- but I blended 6.1 and 7.1 with 10 vol and applied to level 7 colour prepared hair and now have at LEAST level 5 dark hair. So one star knocked off for that. But the resulting tone is so pretty and completely neutralised my base orange warmth (which was stubborn and has been difficult to manage) so I forgive the unexpected darkness. It also left my hair in better condition than it was pre-colouring. I wasn’t planning to be this dark but will stick with this colour combo because it’s flattering and sorts the underlying warmth out. Will buy again.
