Products that are in stock are typically shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
If you are not home to receive your order or deliveries to apartments cannot be access, your parcel it will be taken to your nearest post office.
Orders not picked up from the post office and sent back to us will receive an additional delivery fee to have the parcel redelivered.
All redelivery fees will be charged back to the purchaser.
We use Australia Post exclusively, a signature will be required on delivery unless otherwise requested.
Requests for parcels to be left without signature are at the risk of the purchaser.
The handle broke off at the join on one side after a few weeks and while I tried to keep using it the rubber then started to pop out the holder which was a faff to keep putting back so binned it.
