Delivery Delays

At Salon Warehouse we pride ourselves on the speed of our dispatch. Our delivery Business Partner is Australia Post and due to COVID19 they are experiencing significant delays, this is due to demand, restrictions for social distancing and limited availability of freight flights. Whilst we will still dispatch your order in a timely manner, please allow extra time for delivery. Some times in the current climate parcels are not scanned so it may seem like your parcel is lost or not moving. In majority of cases this isn’t the case. You will still be advised tracking details from Salon Warehouse when your parcel has been shipped. Please check your junk-mail if you have not received this.
